About Niftipay

Payment infrastructure built around complex commerce

Niftipay builds connected payment infrastructure for merchants whose business model, markets or technical requirements need more than a standard checkout. We bring payment acceptance, implementation and operational visibility into a clearer merchant workflow.

Why we exist

Why Niftipay exists

We built Niftipay around a simple observation: for many merchants, accepting a payment is not the hardest part. Understanding how checkout, integration, settlement and ongoing operations fit together is.

Those pieces tend to sit apart from one another. Checkout lives in one system, payment methods are agreed somewhere else, technical integration waits on answers nobody has written down, settlement information arrives in its own format, and operational questions land wherever there is someone to ask.

There is no single right answer to that. The appropriate approach depends on the business model, the markets served, the payment methods required and the technical environment already in place. Those are the questions we start with, and they come up in very different kinds of business.

  • Ecommerce platforms using WooCommerce or PrestaShop
  • Marketplaces managing third-party payouts
  • Agencies implementing payment systems for clients
  • Bot-based and chat-first commerce
What we connect

What Niftipay connects

Niftipay works across three broad areas of payment operations. What applies to a given merchant depends on the approved setup and the market.

Payment acceptanceCard, crypto and stablecoin payment routes can be brought into a single setup that reflects the merchant's market, platform and qualification requirements rather than a fixed package.
Technical integrationAPIs, webhooks, plugins and custom integration routes connect payment operations with the systems a merchant already runs, rather than asking the business to work around the payment layer.
Operational visibilityPayment status, settlement information and the supporting workflows give merchants a clearer view of what happens after checkout, not only at the moment a transaction is approved.
How we work

How we work

Niftipay does not start from a fixed package. Three principles shape how the team approaches a merchant’s requirements, whether the work is a plugin install or a custom build through the developer resources.

What is available upfront

Public developer and API documentation, the integration routes available, the qualification requirements, and how implementation and support are handled.

  • Understand the merchant firstEvery setup starts with the business model, markets, payment methods, platform and operational requirements. The objective is to understand what the merchant actually needs before defining an integration route.
  • Make implementation clearerTechnical teams should be able to see the documentation, responsibilities, integration requirements and steps needed to move from qualification to implementation before they commit to building.
  • Maintain operational visibilityPayment operations continue after checkout. Merchants need clearer access to payment status, settlement information and the processes surrounding ongoing payment acceptance.
Ecosystem

Part of a wider commerce technology ecosystem

Niftipay is part of a wider commerce technology ecosystem operated by Retailrus Limited. While Niftipay focuses on payment infrastructure, implementation and operational visibility, Trapyfy supports storefront, inventory, order and fulfilment workflows.

The platforms work independently and can complement each other where a merchant requires both commerce and payment infrastructure. Neither requires the other.

Let's understand what your payment setup requires

A qualification review looks at your business model, the markets you sell into, the payment methods you require and your integration needs before an appropriate route is proposed.
